This recipe is adequate for 2 people (or if no one is looking, you can have it all to yourself)
Ingredients you need are as follows:
- 1 Banana (preferably frozen, but we can manage if not)
- 1 Peach (sometime I use Pears it is a great substitute)
- 2 Kale leaves with stems removed (Remember to be careful when using the knife!)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 Tea Spoons of Matcha Ireland 100% Organic Matcha (this is the important bit)
- Ice cubes if you have them (nice to wake you up in the morning)
What to do now:
Step 1: Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender until they for a beautiful smoothie
Step 2: Sit back, relax, take 3 deep breaths and Enjoy!
